If you have any problem with the Shop page or ordering, it is likely an out-of-date browser issue.  The site only supports Internet Explorer 9 or newer, and Windows XP can only go up to IE8 (Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.  If you are using windows XP, changing your browser to Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox should work well.  If you don't want to deal with changing browsers or have any questions about the Lifelong Feeder or need any other help with an order, please feel free to contact me as follows:
